Covid-19 Relief Funding – A Savior in the Hours of Devastation

Covid-19 relief funding is the primary task of NGOs to provide relief measures to victims and needy in coronavirus times. The current global crisis caused by this Coronavirus called COVID-19 has engulfed our lives in billion ways that have crippled our very individual well-being, threatens the whole of humanity with massive economic consequences. Our NGO, Hindrise Foundation, is adamant about providing round the clock assistance to those who are ailing and in pain and need us at this time of crisis. We have been delivering our aid and service in multiple ways, but Covid-19 relief funding activities are most important. We are striving hard to fit our helping hand in a current situation by raising funds for those who need it to revive their disrupted life phases.

COVID-19 pandemic has become the most emerging global health crisis by today and requires the best of humanity to overcome this. The sudden outbreak has already created an enormous medical and financial burden on dozens of people and sectors and left them with shattering results.

To assist the Government during these challenging times, Hindrise Foundation is playing its part by extending support to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund by contributing more than Rs 11 Lakhs to it. We have been looking forward to raising the fund for this good cause to make a significant contribution to Relief Fund to offer help for the people in need.

Our donations, large or small, can help support those affected by the virus, poor people, daily wage workers, and every other person in distress right now. It will help the Government prevent the shortage of medical equipment, provide proper sanitizing materials, medical and financial aid to needy vendors, migrant workers, install COVID-19 testing kiosks, creating isolation wards, etc. As soon as Covid-19 hit India, governments/non-government organizations and corporate social responsibility bodies changed course to channel their resources into dealing with this pandemic.

Our Efforts in Furtherance of Covid-19 Relief Funding

The Hindrise Foundation, a social welfare organization through Covid19 relief funding, has served around 4 lakh food packets in several parts of Delhi NCR amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We have also distributed around 2 lakh ration kits to support the migrant workers. As a part & parcel of the relief initiative, the Hindrise foundation has been distributing freshly cooked meals and food kits to migrant laborers, industrial workers, and homeless, needy people in various locations. There is still a lot more to do as the domino effect from the Covid-19 continues.

The pandemic has triggered mental and financial issues. The healthcare industry is now suffering from a lack of personal protective equipment (PPE). Despite the PM’s repeated reminders, mass gatherings continue. In this situation, NGOs can play a significant role in reining in the pandemic.”NGOs have a profound effect on society. They have easy access to areas where healthcare organizations are absent. They are known and trusted by the various communities where they work, and they can spread awareness.  

A grassroots institution like the Hindrise Foundation can successfully motivate people because there is a click, a relationship. The Hindrise foundation has been distributing protective masks to relief workers and needy families to combat the situation. All equipment and materials are essential, but at most, we focused on raising funds in furtherance of Covid-19 relief funding.

Role of Covid-19 Relief Funding Process

The period of crisis threatens everyone’s life. It is incredibly difficult for people already vulnerable, including those with pre-existing medical conditions, aged people, individual homelessness, vendors and migrants, wage workers, and those with inconsistent jobs.
