To assist the Government during these challenging times, Hindrise Foundation is playing its part by extending support to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund by contributing more than Rs 11 Lakhs to it. We have been looking forward to raising the fund for this good cause to make a significant contribution to Relief Fund to offer help for the people in need.
Our donations, large or small, can help support those affected by the virus, poor people, daily wage workers, and every other person in distress right now. It will help the Government prevent the shortage of medical equipment, provide proper sanitizing materials, medical and financial aid to needy vendors, migrant workers, install COVID-19 testing kiosks, creating isolation wards, etc. As soon as Covid-19 hit India, governments/non-government organizations and corporate social responsibility bodies changed course to channel their resources into dealing with this pandemic.
Our Efforts in Furtherance of Covid-19 Relief Funding

We have also distributed around 2 lakh ration kits to support the migrant workers. As a part & parcel of the relief initiative, the Hindrise foundation has been distributing freshly cooked meals and food kits to migrant laborers, industrial workers, and homeless, needy people in various locations. There is still a lot more to do as the domino effect from the Covid-19 continues.
The pandemic has triggered mental and financial issues. The healthcare industry is now suffering from a lack of personal protective equipment (PPE). Despite the PM’s repeated reminders, mass gatherings continue. In this situation, NGOs can play a significant role in reining in the pandemic.”NGOs have a profound effect on society. They have easy access to areas where healthcare organizations are absent. They are known and trusted by the various communities where they work, and they can spread awareness.
A grassroots institution like the Hindrise Foundation can successfully motivate people because there is a click, a relationship. The Hindrise foundation has been distributing protective masks to relief workers and needy families to combat the situation. All equipment and materials are essential, but at most, we focused on raising funds in furtherance of Covid-19 relief funding.
Role of Covid-19 Relief Funding Process
The period of crisis threatens everyone’s life. It is incredibly difficult for people already vulnerable, including those with pre-existing medical conditions, aged people, individual homelessness, vendors and migrants, wage workers, and those with inconsistent jobs. Covid-19 relief funding is a process of accumulating funds to donate food parcels for migrant workers, poor people and hygiene-related kits for those draped around risks. Covid19 relief funding, besides the immediate relief, is also working towards long-term rehabilitation programs of daily wage earners, who are likely unemployed for this unforeseen period due to the progressive rate of a pandemic.
Under our various programs, the volunteers aim to prepare necessity kits with essentials such as rations and other personal care products and deliver them to multiple people in areas with substantial migrant labor crowds. We shall also utilize Covid-19 relief funding to address the impact on family income, healthcare, and education.
Our NGO has played an active role in raising funds and contributing to the rescue measures in these times. Even a small donation to this Covid-19 Relief funding process will help revive the lives of sufferers. It will provide communities on the crisis’s front lines the resources they need to act quickly and protect society’s most vulnerable class. The covid19 relief funding process is helping in the following manner:
- Covid-19 relief funding may assist the remote areas by sending medical guidance, doctors, nurses, and other front line responders to small communities and regions in need of medical assistance.
- Covid-19 relief funding may help get masks, ventilators, and other lifesaving medical supplies to hospitals and clinics.
- Covid-19 relief funding may help deliver essential items to the struggling families and other individuals in quarantined cities and remote areas.
- Covid-19 relief funding may feed children, vendors, migrants, and other needy that rely on organizations like us as their only source of nutrition.
- Covid-19 relief funding may support hygiene awareness efforts.
- Covid-19 relief funding is used in the health sector and supports the homeless, and provide disaster relief.
- The current Coronavirus outbreak continues to spread, making lakhs of homeless on the streets lacking the ability to acquire the necessities, food, and access to medical care. Our Covid-19 funding relief step provides all necessary help and services to this vulnerable section of society in a time of crisis by accepting donation material such as soap for hand wash, sanitizers, and food supply to distribute. We raise and contribute to cover a maximum of people in the ambit of our assistance and protection.
Take Away
As the situation evolves, the Covid-19 relief funding will bring a transition to support longer-term recovery and efforts run by local, vetted organizations in affected regions. We will work with our volunteers on the ground to allocate funds where they’re most needed. We believe that Hindrise Foundation is an organization deeply rooted in local communities, which proves to be best to lead long-term plans to uproot COVID-19. Even a minor contribution to Covid-19 relief funding will help build more robust response capacities in communities worldwide so that all are well equipped to face future outbreaks.
