An astronomical rise in the COVID-19 cases in India has slowed down the pace of our nation once again. As of April 26th, the active COVID cases have crossed the 28 lakh mark; we at Hindrise Foundation are leaving no stone unturned in reviving the situation and bring back the golden days in the lives of impoverished individuals and needy families.

Through our COVID-19 relief initiative, we are reaching out to the maximum number of migrant workers, laborers, homeless people and others from marginalized communities, and we are providing hot, healthy, and nutrition-rich meals and immunity-boosting stuff to boost their overall health and make them stand strong amid the cyclones offered by Coronavirus this year. By distributing multi-layer protection masks, basic essentials of medical assistance, sanitizers, soaps and personal protective equipment devices, we are preparing our nation for the forthcoming devastation in advance.

The core objectives of the COVID-19 Relief Initiative are-

• To ensure that the most vulnerable ones get all the basic necessities required to survive amid raging COVID-19 second wave
• To make sure that all the underprivileged and needy families receive healthy and wholesome food packets
• To complement government COVID-19 relief exercises and policies
• To reduce greater risks associated with livelihood, health, as well as safety
• To encourage children for studies so that their learning process won’t get affected amid the lockdown and COVID-19 crisis
• To provide preventive kits as well as essential food stuffs to construction workers and to strengthen them for further challenges
• Lending support to poor migrant workers by meeting their daily requirements
• To boost immunity by distributing special power immunity booster kit
• To circulate relevant information related to the virus and prevent misleading information via awareness programs
• To arrange transportation facilities for the migrant workers who are residing far away from their villages and towns with a hope to make them reach their native places
