End User Agreement

By contributing to or joining our movement at Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation, you understand and agree to the following:

You are completely aware of the primary activities of our organization, which include:

Empower women in rural areas through various entrepreneurship opportunities.
Assisting in cow conservation and organizing breed improvement programs.
Reduction of poverty and unemployment by promoting business setups in rural and semi-urban areas.
Conducting awareness programs on entrepreneurship opportunities for the rural youth population.
Assisting people in establishing and starting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to promote and encourage self-employment.
Promotion of innovation to ensure sustainable growth in rural areas.
Organization of medical camps to serve rural and remote areas.
Provide medical and healthcare support to underprivileged communities that lack proper infrastructure in collaboration with local governmental authorities.
Formation of medical volunteer groups to serve rural and remote regions.
Conduct health awareness programs to educate people about healthy practices, hygiene, nutrition, and the prevention of substance abuse.
Promoting education for girl children in rural areas.
Organizing initiatives and workshops to educate people about the importance of female literacy, women’s rights, and feminine hygiene in the rural/remote areas.
Advocating for women’s right to employment and education.
Providing nutritious food to girls in underprivileged regions.
Giving microloans to girls and women in rural areas.
Facilitating bank account opening and loan approvals to promote financial inclusion for the impoverished population.
Providing daily meals and water access to the underdeveloped and impoverished population, especially children in rural areas.
Assisting people in the event of disaster by providing food items, access to drinking water, and emergency medical support.
Facilitating funding for promising Agri-tech startups.
Conducting training plans and workshops to promote business and technological advancement in the Agri-tech industry through our Hindrise Rural Entrepreneurship plans.
Providing coaching, mentorship programs, case study simulations, internship opportunities, and financial & legal assistance to aspiring leaders in entrepreneurship.
Helping senior citizens get medical aid for physical and mental health ailments.
Advocating and conducting awareness programs for the rights of victims of road rage.
Providing hands-on support to the victims and their family members of road rage accidents.
Facilitating necessities, such as food, clean water, and housing for Pakistani Hindu refugees in India.
Supporting education for underprivileged children who are a part of the Pakistani Hindu Refugees in India.
Providing clothing necessities to the homeless, orphanages, and old age homes in the Delhi/NCR region.
Serving meal packages and clean water to eradicate the hunger situation in the Delhi/NCR area under our Aatmnirbhar Seva Kitchen initiative.
Empowering children and youth of Sitamarhi, Bihar with Maa Janki Library that currently has a seating capacity of 140 children, a coaching facility for competitive jobs, and over 1000+ books across all subjects.

Terms

Your donations are non-refundable. However, we do issue refunds under certain conditions. For more information, check our refund policy.
Users or any third parties will not benefit from or receive any commercial incentive from the donation.
You have no direct or indirect control over the ultimate beneficiary of your donation.
You’ve imposed no conditions or restrictions that may prevent our associates or employees from using your donation to facilitate the foundation’s mission and comply with applicable laws.
You have authorized our personnel to contact you concerning your donation, if required.
The amount of your donation is fully tax-deductible per applicable laws, and you’ll receive a receipt for the same.

In addition to the above-mentioned terms, you agree to the following:

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless “Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation, its affiliates, officers, partners, employees, and representatives against any loss, expenses, or damage, including legal fees incurred about claims, lawsuits, or demands, or proceedings made or brought against our foundation arising out of or about:

Use of your donation is subject to this end-user agreement.
Your own negligence or intentional misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be responsible or liable to you or any third party for the loss of any:

profits, data, business interruption; or
direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss of profits.

That may arise out of your donation to Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation.

Force Majeure

Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation is under no obligation to perform obligations mentioned in this agreement due to the following uncontrollable events:

Act of God, fire, strikes, terrorism, war, riots, or any other related events;
Tech failures, including temporary system downtime, telecom failure, or a cyberattack, are beyond our control;
Third parties, namely vendors and suppliers, are issues.

Provided that we immediately notify the other party and take reasonable efforts to resume the interrupted tasks.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Any dispute that may arise out of this agreement will be settled within 30 days through negotiation or mediation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996

For matters that aren’t resolved through arbitration, they must be resolved per applicable laws and shall have jurisdiction with the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

Severability Clause

If any of the provisions/clauses/terms are found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by Indian laws, then such provisions will be replaced or modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable or valid, or if not possible, deemed deleted from the rest of this agreement.

That such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
