Refund Policy

At Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation, we value the trust and commitment of our members. With membership, you can join us in our movement. However, we understand that certain circumstances/situations may require a refund request.

General Policy

We do not provide or initiate any refund against any membership fees or donations to Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation. Any such payment is considered non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund

We’ll grant/issue a refund under the following:

  • If the transaction was made due to a glitch in the system;
  • If you’re charged twice for a single membership/donation in error;
  • In case you were charged, but the membership couldn’t be activated due to internal issues on our end.
  • In case you change your mind about the membership/donation within four hours of the official confirmation of the payment.

How to Request a Refund?

If you want a refund, then write to us at [email protected] with a clear subject line “Refund request against donation/membership fees” and include the following details:

  • Full name with contact details, such as email ID and phone number.
  • Date of the payment with transaction ID.
  • Reason for the refund.
  • Documents supporting such a refund request, like an image or screenshot of a duplicate transaction or other relevant evidence, as the case may be.

Deduction of the Internet Service Charge

We’ll issue a refund after deducting the 20% internet service charge from your original payment in case you’ve requested the refund because you have changed your mind.

How do We Initiate and Grant A Refund?

Once we receive your request, we’ll assess and verify the details in 8 to 10 business days. If approved, the said refunds will be processed and initiated within 10 to 15 days to your original mode of payment that you used to make the donation or membership application.

In case you don’t receive the refund within the above-mentioned time frame, then you must contact your bank for further information.

No case Refund

We do not provide refunds via cash or cheque. We only issue refunds through electronic means.

No Refund Conditions

You will not get any refund in the following circumstances:

  • If you request the refund within four hours of the payment.
  • In case the member chooses to withdraw donation or membership for personal reasons beyond the prescribed timeline.
  • We’ll not entertain any requests once your membership has been activated with us.
