During the coronavirus’s unfavorable times, we have walked hand-in-hand with several suppressed classes to provide extra relief and care to them.

Education, women empowerment, and employment opportunities are the three core areas where we have done our best to help the underprivileged in these times. Our organization has successfully implemented a plan of action in these areas to provide a better standard of living to millions of people.

Loss of lives due to this pandemic caused substantial irretrievable damage to the society at large. But apart from this, COVID-19 has severely demobilized the Indian economy. Many of the affected countries decided to undergo a complete lockdown to restrict the disease’s further transmission in the community. India was one such country which, too, initiated the precautionary measure in the form of lockdown. With the complete lockdown, economic and other related activities came to a complete halt. With this, our very duty to serve the society came into existence.

Why Fighting for a cause is much needed?

With the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the society, economy, the whole Nation got severely hit by its repercussions. The Government has taken significant steps in the form of regulations, schemes, etc. but being the social welfare NGO, we also had several duties to be delivered from our end. The coronavirus has shaken the very base of several sectors and sections of society, including vendors, migrants, poor people, women, budding entrepreneurs, etc.

As an NGO and carrying the sole vision of bringing prosperity across the Nation, we have delivered our services in all the downtrodden areas and society sections to revive their lives. The current COVID-19 crisis profoundly impacts women, men, girls, boys, and other genders differently. For women already living in poverty, the impacts can be a shock giver to their economic stability and impede their ability to purchase necessities like medicine and food.

Education is no exception to this outbreak of the virus. Students belonging to privileged backgrounds, supported by their parents, could easily find their way past closed school doors due to alternative learning options. Those belonging to disadvantaged backgrounds often remained shut out when their schools shut down with no primary education alternative. The crisis has exposed the society to many inadequacies and inequities in our whole education system – from access to the direct net connection and computers needed for online education—the supportive mechanism required to focus on learning, up to the imbalance between resources and needs. Similarly, fighting for a cause is a much-needed effort in employment opportunities where millions of people have lost their means of livelihood and cannot afford even a single time meal for themselves.

Core Areas

We are adamant as a social welfare NGO on Fighting for a cause like those existing around us deteriorating the people’s lives due to the coronavirus pandemic. As a social welfare NGO, we are fighting for a cause and trying our best to diminish the reason from its very roots. We have been contributing immensely to various sectors of society, but three sensitive areas which need our instant concern are as follows:

Role in Women Empowerment while Fighting for a Cause

As per the latest data released by UN Women and the United Nations Development Programme, it is estimated that 87 million women/girls are living in extreme poverty in India in 2020, and this number is expected to spike to around 100 million by the end of 2021 in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. If this trend turns to be true, we can expect a massive setback to women’s empowerment in India and the whole world, which will affect society’s health and prosperity as a whole.

As a social welfare NGO, Hindrise Foundation is striving hard by fighting for a cause to ensure that this pandemic does not erase women’s empowerment. While fighting for a cause of women empowerment, we ensure that women have equal economic opportunities compared to men. Additionally, while fighting for a cause of women empowerment, we are making sure that all social schemes wrapping women empowerment, including those that promote literacy, health & sanitary, and skilling, should not get away due to lack of government support funding. For, if the condition of women deteriorates, the whole of humanity will deteriorate. On the other hand, if women possess equal opportunities, the whole world will become more resilient. As a social welfare NGO, we have been taking steps to ensure maximum employment opportunities while fighting for a cause.

Donate for Sanitary Pads

Being an NGO for women empowerment, Hindrise Foundation has commenced multiple executing programs and campaigns concerning women empowerment measures via education & other fundamental rights. Our plan revolves around every woman’s empowerment so that when they join the level of evolution, we prepare them like a competent person who can live with dignity. Our NGO for social welfare, Hindrise Foundation, is trying to frame girls’ child education strategies so that their life from now onwards would be a steady ride. Being an NGO for women empowerment in India, Hindrise Foundation heightens the accessibility of healthy and uninfected food in the suppressed societies of rural areas, ensuring that every woman receives nutrient-rich nutrition, primary education, employment opportunities, etc. To avail them of the fundamental rights of life, we are fighting for a cause.

Employment Opportunities

Job loss and lack of employment opportunities are some of the most immediate and emerging impacts of Covid-19. A damaging effect on the economy of India caused due a total lockdown was imminent. Unemployment went up to 24 percent on May 17, 2020. This was majorly a result of a decrease in demand and the disruption of the workforce faced by various companies. India’s rate of jobless growth had emerged as a significant concern among economists in the corona times, which prompted us to fight for a cause. More than 41 lakh youths in the country lost jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Simultaneously, construction & farm sector workers account for most job losses, according to a joint report of the International Labour Organization & the Asian Development Bank. The increasing number of unemployment and lack of job opportunities gave an alarming call for sudden actions from the Government and various NGOs fighting for a cause.

Our NGO, Hindrise Foundation, strives to provide the prescribed amount of skill and employment to the young people of backward societies while fighting for a cause to make them independent by all means. We want to involve maximum people in our various Skill Development programs to generate jobs and make them self-reliant & financially stable. Fighting for a cause, the first thing we must earn is people’s trust in our noble cause. While fighting for a cause, we are trying to make them aware of our aims and agendas to prosper and raise people’s living standards. Fighting for a cause, we went to multiple localities intending to touch as many lives as we can.

Fighting for a cause, we also approached hawkers, children working in different shops, youth working in mobile repairing shops, electricians, etc., women caught and captivated in homes. We are trying hard to make them aware of the importance of self-reliance and financial independence to help them achieve the most significant level of respect and dignity while striving hard to survive in these times. While fighting for a cause like employment opportunities, we are lending all sorts of assistance to ensure maximum employment reaches out to the maximum no. of people in remote areas. We are also giving financial aid and availing opportunities for curious and willing people who wish to work. We have been organizing workshops and conferences, acting as a middleman between Government and the benefit seekers to provide working options.

Encouraging Education while Fighting for a Cause

School closures in response to the disaster of the COVID-19 pandemic have thrown light on numerous issues affecting access to education and broader socio-economic issues. More than 370 million learners are not attending school because of temporary/indefinite countrywide school closures mandated by governments in an attempt to lower the spread of COVID-19. As of March 20, over 70% of the world’s learners are impacted deeply by closures. The outbreak of COVID-19 has left a clear message to us that change is inevitable. Even when schools are closed temporarily, it carries high social and economic costs. The disruptions caused affect people across communities. The impact is more severe for the underprivileged children and their families, including interrupted learning, malnutrition, childcare problems, and consequences of economic cost to families who cannot work. Working parents are most likely to miss work when schools close to take good care of their children, incurring wage loss in many instances and negatively impacting productivity.

In the prevailing time of crisis, a well-rounded and effective educational practice mechanism is what we need for the young minds’ capacity-building. In turn, this will develop skills that will drive their productivity, health, and well-being in the coming times to come and ensure India’s overall progress. Some children cannot attend digitalized classes as they cannot afford phones, laptops, etc. to participate in online courses conducted by schools.Covid-19 has worked as a catalyst for the educational institutions to grow and find platforms and techniques not used before.

The education sector has been fighting hard to survive the crises with multiple approaches and digitizing the challenges to swipe away the pandemic threat, which calls for some measures to be taken by Govt. of India to provide a seamless education country.

Hindrise Foundation, a social welfare NGO, realizes to grant equal educational opportunities to all, and that’s the only way through which massive transformation in society can occur. We are imparting free education to maximum curious and willing students who wish to carry their education with no halt; we assist these students in availing good education policies for them arranged by the Government for their benefit. Our NGO, while fighting for a cause, is ensuring equitable, meaningful education for one and all, closing all the doors for discrimination based on financial condition and gender.

We are consistently putting efforts while fighting for a cause to meet goals related to granting educational opportunities to all the needy by framing numerous strategies to advocate to revise school curriculums and policies to promote equal access to technology in online education. In the direction of providing educational opportunities to students residing in the marginalized communities, Hindrise Foundation is taking multiple initiatives fighting for a cause of education-related issues and address it to provide educational opportunities to all.

Key Takeaway

Hindrise Foundation, while fighting for a cause mentioned above, is doing its best to avail all possible options and opportunities to the needy ones to secure their lives. Our primary aim behind fighting for a cause is to ensure a good standard of living for all. Fighting for a cause is soon going to be a new roaring mantra for all of us who wish to contribute the society. We have majorly accomplished our goals of fighting for a cause in the sectors like Women empowerment, education, and employment opportunities.

Apart from these sectors, we are fighting for a cause in various other fields like relief services, uplifting the farmers, etc. We have been, and we still are, and we shall continue to fight for a cause to ensure prosperity in each nook and corner. We are providing round the clock assistance to various families and people residing in remote areas and helping them revive their shattered lives with the least we can do as an NGO. We are looking forward to serving more of the needy people and contributing in every possible way we can to re-build the fragments of broken dreams of plenty of people. We shall strive to work relentlessly in all the walks of life.

Hindrise Foundation, a social welfare NGO, is full-heartedly dedicated to fighting for a cause related to women empowerment, employment opportunities, education for all, etc. Our organization has been contributing tremendously towards the welfare of the society amidst the chaos of Covid-19.
