There are hundreds and thousands of skilled people out there who do not have employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problem of unemployment is now severe in India because of the rapidly growing population. Moreover, if we neglect this problem, it will become a&nbsp; doom for the nation. The biggest reason for unemployment in India is its vast population which demands a large number of jobs every year. Government jobs are not sufficient for the entire community. It is the time when individuals must choose Self-employment over posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hindrise.org\/\">HINDRISE FOUNDATION<\/a>\u00a0strives to provide the much-required skill and employment to the young people of backward societies so that they can become independent. Foundation wants to enrol people in various Skill Development Courses to generate jobs and to help them to be self-reliant and financially independent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this, the first thing we have to&nbsp;do is to make people believe in our noble cause. However, we are trying to make them aware of our resolution so that they can begin to take an interest in our initiative. Working as a volunteer for Hindrise has been an excellent experience, we went to the premises\/localities intending to touch as many lives as we can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are approaching hawkers, children working in different shops, youth working in mobile repairing shops, electrician shops, etc., women stuck in their homemaking activities. We are trying to make them aware of the importance of self-reliance and financial independence to helps them to achieve the highest level of the growth of society and the Nation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unemployment is a grave issue not only in India but in the whole world.
